The Seven Hearths offers unique, private accommodations at competitive rates. We offer you an alternative lodging option to hotels & motels located in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, and in the Five College Area of Northampton, Amherst, Deerfield, & South Hadley.
The four guest rooms feature a dual theme...
Each being named after a flower found growing in The Seven Hearths' gardens, and are accented with the handicraft of Northeastern artisans. The room "occupants" that may share your stay include: goats, cows, sheep, bear, pigs or rabbits are in the traditional forms of pen and ink drawings, stuffed toys and wood carvings by former guests and Deerfield Craft regulars Bruce and Marsha of Three Pines Carvings. |

The Peach Blossom Room

Queen Size 4 poster bed with sitting area, a day
bed filled with lots of comfy pillows, a double Fireplace, air-conditioning
(in summer months) and a private bathroom with tub and shower. The
view from this room is west and overlooks our lawn with flowers
growing from Spring through fall. The "occupants" that will "share"
your room are rabbits. |
The Rose Room
Queen-Size brass and iron bed with no footboard
for our taller guests, it has a working fireplace, air-conditioning
(in Summer months), a private bath with shower stall. This room
overlooks the town center and the gardens facing east. The "occupants"
that will "share" your room are bears. |

The Blue Aster Room

Options include a King-size bed or two twin antiques
brass beds. Enjoy the fireplace, air-conditioning and a private
bath located in the hall. The view is west and north with three
windows allowing light into the room. The view overlooks our lawn
with flowers growing from spring through fall. The "occupants" that
will "share" your room are sheep. |
The Lavendar Room

Available for parties traveling together that
may need additional accommodations. Occupants of this room share
the bath of the room they are traveling with. A wonderful room for
singles, children 13+, or extended family. The room has two windows
with nice light and faces east overlooking the town center. |

The Extras
In winter, each of the beds have cozy flannel sheets with electric blankets and plenty of wood for the fireplace, along with fragrantly scented housewarmer candles by our nearby friends at Yankee Candle provide for the added ambiance and warmth. Due to our Berkshire elevation, summer evenings generally bring cool breezes. Each room is supplied with air conditioning for that extra comfort, and is also equipped with radio/alarm, and robes- whether for lounging or for using when returning from our hot tub facilities. A separate hall refrigerator is also available for guests.
